Stuttgart, July 20, 2021. Isaria Projektentwicklung has established an office in Stuttgart. The premises are located at Rümelinstrasse 38 in Stuttgart’s Rosensteinviertel neighborhood.
David Christmann, spokesman for the Isaria Management Board, said, “We are continuing to expand our business activity in southern Germany. We have been purchasing properties for development projects in the region for a while now.” Christmann added that in opening the new office, the company seeks to demonstrate its commitment to Stuttgart and the surrounding area. The new location will also enable Isaria to oversee local development projects better.
In the future, ten employees will be based in the new office, running development projects totaling an area of roughly 75,800 m². These include the development of the mixed-use Rosenstein Mitte district and the grounds of the former UFA Palast movie theater. Matthias Rieker has spent the last three years setting up the Isaria office in Stuttgart and will now lead it.
