Isaria München Projektentwicklungs GmbH is the official sponsor of VfB women’s soccer from this season. The company will be presenting itself as a new perimeter sponsor as early as the league opener on September 4, 2022.
For the first time in its long company history, Isaria, a subsidiary of QUARTERBACK Immobilien AG, is supporting a sports club in the Stuttgart area as an official sponsor. “We decided to sponsor the club because large parts of our corporate values are lived out here with `performance, fairness and togetherness’,” says David Christmann, spokesman for Isaria’s management. “The just-concluded European soccer championship in England showed very clearly that these values have a very high value, especially in women’s soccer.”
Isaria is one of the leading project developers in southern Germany. Since it was founded, the company has created new homes for over 10,000 people. It is currently building around 4,500 new apartments – more than 1,300 of them in Stuttgart. “We are a strong partner in the region. Now also for VfB women’s soccer,” says a delighted Matthias Rieker, head of the Isaria branch in Stuttgart. “We are united not only by regional proximity, but also by the conviction that it takes strong partners to make great things happen.”
In the Stuttgart area, Isaria is realizing the construction of the mixed-use quarters Rosenstein Mitte and City Carré Böblingen, among others. With the Otto Quarter in Wendlingen and the Zuckerle Quarter in Bad Cannstatt, two exciting projects are currently under development. Also in the planning stage are, for example, urban neighborhoods with a focus on residential use at Rosensteinstrasse 12 and 20 and Rümelinstrasse, as well as a residential and commercial building at Tübingerstrasse. The focus is always on the development of resource-conserving and livable urban neighborhoods.
