Munich, January 27, 2021. Isaria München commences construction of the last four sections of the Hofmark am Olympiapark quarter. A fifth crane has now been erected on site, setting the scene for the new construction of 215 apartments, a daycare center and two additional commercial buildings to begin in earnest. Back in December 2020, Isaria awarded the contract for this construction phase, valued at over €40 million, to the Bayreuth-based construction company Markgraf.
Hofmark am Olympiapark is located in the Munich neighborhood of Milbertshofen and covers an area of around 27,000 m². In total, it will consist of three commercial units and seven residential buildings, complimented by around 2,700 m² of public green space. Isaria is making it possible for the first time with this project for new commercial tenants to also offer employee housing. The shell of the first construction phase, the office building on Moosacher Strasse, has already been completed.
